시스템 운영중에 3슬롯 디스크 장애 발생

-장애

장애 발생한 디스크 교체후 시스템 레이트 컨트롤러 에서 동기화 시작.

동기화 도중 Jun 12 11:10:43 web kernel: SCSI error : <0 0 0 0> return code =

0x8000002  발생. 그후 OS 읽고/쓰기 에서 읽기 모드로 변경

읽기 모드로 변경이 되면 최상위 디렉토리에 쓰기가 않된다.

2. 레이드 컨트롤러 버젼이 낮아 문제 발생 할수도 있음
